Do you do custom doors or just offer what is available in your catalog?

We specialize in custom designs, meaning that we can manufacture any door you may like even if it’s not on our catalog or webpage. Show us a picture and we will manufacture it exclusively for you.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We offer a 5 year warranty on all of our doors, including the functionality of the door as well as natural wear of the color. The glass comes with a standard one year warranty from the glass manufacturer.

How long does a custom order take?

All of our doors are custom made, meaning that we don’t keep inventory or stock. The entire process from when you order a door to the time we install it at your home and/or office takes an estimated time of 12 to 14 weeks*.

What kind of material do you use?

Our doors frame use 14 gauge metal only. Our scrolls are hand-forged using 5/8” solid bars in order to give them enough strength and durability.

Do you offer free consultation?

Absolutely. Please contact us so you can talk to our product specialist and provide you with information and advice.

Do you offer operable glass on doors?

All of our doors come standard with operable glass for ease with cleaning, ventilation, and security.
